Atlantic Golf is built by people who understand the game from the inside — as players, competitors, hosts and as people who've spent careers on both sides of the Atlantic. What you experience at an Atlantic event reflects the standards this team holds itself to.

Tom Bevington - Founder

Tom grew up in England and moved to the United States to play Division I golf at Western Kentucky University. After graduating with a double major in Economics and Finance, he turned professional, becoming a member of PGA Tour Latinoamérica, the Clutch Pro Tour, and the HotelPlanner Tour.

Since competing full-time, Tom has built an operational and commercial track record across the sport. He held a wide-ranging role with the Clutch Pro Tour — covering tournament refereeing, content creation, course set-up, and event operations. He worked on marketing projects with Holderness & Bourne. Over time he has developed a network spanning professional and amateur golf on both sides of the Atlantic, establishing himself as someone who could bring the right organisations and individuals together.

Atlantic Golf was founded as the direct product of that background. The company's inaugural event — the European Challenge Qualifier — brought together Atlantic Golf, the Clutch Pro Tour, and multiple HotelPlanner Tour events to offer US-based professionals direct pathways onto Europe's professional tours. It was a format that hadn't previously existed, built through Tom's own relationships and knowledge of the professional landscape.

While Tom still competes occasionally for the love of the game, his full-time focus is on building Atlantic into a company that delivers a genuine standard.

Atlantic Golf and Roebuck Golf Management share the same outlook on what makes a golf event worth attending. That common ground is the basis of a natural partnership - in 2026, jointly delivering the European Challenge Qualifier, the Tillman Trophy, the Peter Allis Trophy, and the Atlantic Golf PGA National Pro-Am.

Will brings a decade of experience running high-level golf tournaments and corporate events across the UK and Europe, with operational involvement across the Clutch Pro Tour and HotelPlanner Tour events. As a former professional himself — competing on the Alps Tour, EuroPro, HotelPlanner Tour, and PGA Tour Latinoamérica, and reaching #22 in NCAA Division I rankings at Ole Miss — he brings a player-first perspective to every event he delivers.
