Our team blends professional experience in golf, hospitality and event management. We are united by a shared vision to deliver care, creativity and consistency to give you the best time possible.
Tom Bevington - Founder
Positive, grounded, and competitive by nature, Tom built Atlantic with one clear purpose — to create experiences that stay with you long after the final putt drops.
As a dual citizen of the US and UK, Tom has lived, competed, and built relationships on both sides of the Atlantic. Now, he’s bringing together the best of two of golf’s cultural heartlands — the hospitality and energy of American golf, and the charm and tradition of the British game. It’s this blend that gives Atlantic its name — and its identity.
While Tom still competes occasionally for the love of the game, his full-time focus is on building Atlantic.
Will Roebuck - Event Partner
Will brings ten years of experience running high-level golf tournaments and corporate events, including key roles in the formation and development of the Clutch Pro Tour and hands-on involvement in HotelPlanner Tour events.
As an amateur, Will played college golf at Ole Miss, reaching as high as #22 in NCAA Division I individual rankings before turning professional. He went on to compete across the Alps Tour, EuroPro, HotelPlanner Tour, and PGA TOUR Latinoamérica.
His background gives him a unique understanding of what makes an event truly great, and his meticulous, player-first approach ensures that is each event is delivered to the highest standard.
Will lives with his wife, Alice — whom he met at Ole Miss — and their two children. Away from golf, you’ll find him enjoying family time, a great coffee or a good glass of wine.

Our Event Delivery Team includes experienced tournament operators, PGA professionals and creatives to help bring the Atlantic standard to you on-site.
